Most items sold are hand-poured silver artworks. These are unique or limited-run pieces and are not investment-grade bullion. Each item is made using traditional methods and may contain natural variations.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, weights, and images are accurate. However, as each piece is handcrafted, minor differences may occur.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken at the time of order using secure third-party payment processors.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Shipping

We ship from the UK. Delivery charges and timeframes will be displayed at checkout.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other third parties.

4. Returns and Cancellations

As our products are made in small batches and often to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, but this does not apply to bespoke or made-to-order items.
